We offer a budget friendly Companion service that goes beyond just providing transportation to and from appointments, theater events, grocery store, and more. We here to accompany you to support your independence as safely as possibly.  We offer as much or as little assistance as you require. Whether it's taking notes during your appointment, helping with heavy purchases, listening when you need a friend, we are here to support you. Our services come with a comprehensive "Door-through-Door" experience.  Services are a flat rate.  No surprises.

Regular Service Areas: Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Hillborough, NC.  Call for services in neighboring counties.

Our Before and After School program caters to children from Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Throughout the afternoon, children rotate through various activities such as outside time, snack breaks, homework assistance, arts & crafts, and organized group games.

Before school care drop as early as 6:30am and After school care ending at 5:30pm.

We also offer door-to-door transportation services.  Space is limited.  A sliding scale rate is available to help parents with financial need.

We recognize the challenges and stress that come with caring for a loved one. To provide family caregivers with a much-needed respite, we offer the reassurance that their loved one is being well cared for. Whether you require just a few hours of relief or an entire day to recharge, we are here to help you take that break. Respite care is offered on both a daily and short-term basis.  Rates by the hour or for a full day.

Respite care includes:

• Companionship
• Folding clothes
• Preparing meals
• Reading a book or playing games, etc.

TCOOO advocates and supports the well-being, rights, dignity and autonomy of seniors and the cognitively impaired to improve their quality of life.  We also outreach to support others in the community to include the homeless, single parent homes, youth and those in need of a helping hand. 

We are a fully volunteer based local non-profit serving the Triangle and surrounding areas.
